Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. We do not require signatures upon delivery, and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over £20 within the mainland UK & Channel Islands. For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates apply.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us via the CONTACT US form with your Order Number, and we will be happy to help. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day, although from time to time, it may take us a little longer.

International shipping - We are currently not shipping internationally; however, should you be interested in purchasing our products and are based outside the UK, please contact us to register your interest for future consideration.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after delivery.

Before dispatch: Contact us via our Contact Us form with the subject line "Cancellation" or "Returns", with your associated Order Number.

After dispatch: Orders cannot be stopped once processed or shipped. You must accept delivery and return the item(s) at your own expense.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact Us form with the subject line "Returns, with your associated Order Number.'

As our products are food items, returns are only accepted if:

• The products are damaged, defective, or not as described ie incorrect item supplied.

• The products are unopened.

• The products were purchased directly from our company.

• The products are returned within a 14-day period from receipt.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Timeline: We will verify your return via email within 5 working days of receipt. Approved refunds take an additional 5 working days to credit your original payment method.
